The 5th International Congress on Biological Invasions in Perth, Western Australia aspires to advance global biosecurity efforts though a multi-day conference traversing themes from biosecurity threats to innovative solutions. A delegation of at least 400 scientists, land managers and policy-makers from more than 30 countries will experience a full program of quality presentations, workshops, and field trips. Sponsorship at a Glance
Your sponsorship is integral to creating a successful, engaging, and inclusive ICBI congress that effectively meets its objectives. We have created a suite of sponsorship packages from Platinum through to Bronze, as well as specific opportunities to support congress plenaries, support Indigenous participation, and encourage research students. Organisations also have the opportunity to sponsor one of our congress social events, such as the Gala Dinner, Poster Sessions, or Welcome Ceremony. Each package entitles the sponsor to an extensive list of inclusions which acknowledge your brand and contribution, while providing for congress participation and networking.
All prices listed below are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Platinum Sponsor | 2 Opportunities | POA
As the Platinum Sponsor of ICBI 2027, your organisation will receive considerable recognition through the following entitlements:

The official Gala Dinner Sponsor will receive all Silver Sponsorship entitlements as well as two (2) additional complimentary tickets to the Gala Dinner, a two-minute speaking spot or video presentation at the dinner, and you will be invited to display two banners on stage during the Gala Dinner.
Welcome Ceremony Sponsor | 1 Opportunity | $8,000
As official Welcome Ceremony sponsor, your organisation will receive all Bronze Sponsorship entitlements as well as verbal acknowledgement as Welcome Ceremony Sponsor. You will also be provided with two (2) additional guest passes to attend the Opening Ceremony.
Congress App Sponsor | 1 Opportunity | $8,000
The Congress mobile app will be the platform used by all delegates throughout the Congress. As the official Congress App Sponsor, your organisation will receive all Bronze Sponsorship entitlements as well as the opportunity to display your logo on the mobile app. You will also receive acknowledgement as the Congress App Sponsor through social media.
Poster Session Sponsor | 2 opportunities | $5,000
As official sponsor of one of two poster sessions, your organisation will receive all Bronze Sponsorship entitlements as well as verbal acknowledgement as Poster Session Sponsor from the poster session convenor.
Indigenous Participation Support Sponsor | 8 Opportunities | $6,000
As an Indigenous Participation Support Sponsor, your organisation will increase opportunities for First Nations delegates to participate at ICBI 2027, facilitating Indigenous knowledge sharing and two-way science. Your sponsorship will cover to the accommodation and registration costs for two Indigenous participants.
As an Indigenous Participation Support Sponsor of ICBI 2027, your organisation will receive all Bronze Sponsorship entitlements as well as additional acknowledgement through social media.
Student Speaker Prize Sponsor | 1 Opportunity | $3,000
